Registering in our online shop makes shopping even faster and more convenient. The following services are available to you after successful registration:

How can I register?
To do so, use the "Login" section. After clicking "Register," you can create your own user profile. Enter your billing address and shipping address(es), create your own wish list, and use the newsletter option for exclusive insights into our brand world!
I forgot my password - what now?
In the "Login" section, you'll find a "Forgotten your password?" button. Enter your email address in the provided field, confirm, and your new password will be sent to you within a few minutes. After logging in for the first time, you can change your password to a password of your choice under "Account Information."
PURCHASE PROCESS
Why should I use the MyBudapester online shop?
Unfortunately, orders via email, letter or fax cannot be accepted due to data protection regulations.
Can I cancel the purchase early?
As long as you haven't completed your order yet, you can remove items from your shopping cart at any time. Simply click on "Shopping Cart" and delete the unwanted items.
What happens after I complete my order?
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
This contains all the details of your order. You can also track the status of your order at any time under "My Account" > "My Orders" if you have registered as a customer with us.
As soon as the goods are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.
How do I place an order as a new customer?
First, select the items you'd like to order. To do so, select the desired color and size, then click the "Add to Cart" button to add the selected item to your virtual shopping bag.
In the shopping cart you can first collect the items that you would like to order or remember.
You can view your selection at any time under “Shopping Cart” and make changes to the selected products.
Once you have made your selection, click the “Checkout” button to begin the ordering process.
You have the choice of registering as a customer (see the benefits above under “ What benefits do I have if I register? ”) or completing the ordering process without registering.
Follow the further instructions and select your billing and delivery address, as well as your desired shipping and payment method.
Before completing your order, we will summarize your details for you to review. You have the opportunity to correct any input errors before submitting your order.
You finally confirm your purchase by clicking the "Buy Now" button. By clicking this button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract, which we will review and then accept.
Is there a minimum order value per customer?
No, there is no minimum order value.
I'm looking for an article. How can I find it quickly?
Our search function helps you find your desired items even faster. Simply enter the desired term, product category, item number, or item name in the search field and confirm your search. Alternatively, you can filter by various criteria, such as color or material, on each product overview page to get closer to your personal dream style.
Can I cancel my order?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, you can contact our customer service and request to cancel your order. However, if the process has progressed too far, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Is there a MyBudapester newsletter? How can I subscribe to/unsubscribe from it?
To stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and offers from Mybudapester.com, as well as the current collection, you can sign up for our newsletter. You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time under the "Newsletter" subsection in the "My Account" section.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY
What shipping methods does the MyBudapester online shop offer?
The goods will be delivered via parcel delivery with our logistics partner DHL. It usually takes between two and five business days for the delivery to arrive.
Has my order been received?
After completing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. This email contains all your order details, including the billing and shipping address, subtotals, discounts, shipping costs, the purchase total, and information about your chosen payment and shipping method. This email confirms that your order has been received.
How much are the shipping costs in the MyBudapester online shop?
We will pay the shipping costs for you if the order value is over €300 (for orders within Germany) or over €500 (for orders within the EU).
For orders under €300 we charge €5.95 shipping within Germany and €10 for orders under €500 within the EU.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Delivery is carried out by our logistics partner DHL. Delivery typically takes between two and five business days after dispatch. You can track the current shipping status of your shipment at any time in the MyBudapester online shop under "My Account"/"Orders" or on DHL.de under "Tracking Number."
Can I return an item I have already received?
After receiving the goods, you can return them to us within 14 days. To ensure a quick and smooth processing, we ask you to follow these instructions: Return the goods to us in their original, unworn condition. Use the return label and return slip included with every shipment. If you do not have a return label, please contact our customer service: kontakt@mybudapester.com
I returned an item. How do I get my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price within 3-5 business days. We will refund the amount using the payment method you used to purchase from us. This means:
- when purchasing by prepayment you will receive a credit on your bank account,
from which the transfer was made
- when purchasing on account, we reduce your invoice by the value of the
returned item
- You pay the invoice less the goods you have returned
- if the transfer has already been made, the amount will be credited to your bank account,
Credited to PayPal or credit card.
Where is my order?
As a registered user, you can view the current shipping status of your order in the "My Account"/"My Orders" section. Please note that the package tracking information is not available immediately after your order has been received.
Which countries does MyBudapester deliver to?
We ship within the EU. You can select the appropriate delivery country using the country selector in the bottom left corner of the footer.
Is it possible to cancel the purchase contract (right of withdrawal)?
You have the option to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days. Information on this can be found in the cancellation policy .
Will I incur any costs if I return an item?
There are no additional costs for returning items to the MyBudapester online shop. Simply use the return label included with your delivery. If you don't have one, please contact our customer service .
How long does it normally take for my refund to be processed?
Experience has shown that the refund can take up to five business days (for refunds to an account) or up to ten days (for refunds to your credit card) after the return has been posted. Please note that you will not see the credit card credit until your next credit card statement, even if the credit has already been applied. We have no influence on the billing date of your credit card statement.
Can I provide an alternative delivery address?
You can easily add additional delivery addresses to your personal profile under "My Account" / "Address Book." Here, you can view all previously saved delivery addresses and add a new one by clicking "Create New Address." You can also add additional delivery addresses during the ordering process; these will then be automatically saved to "My Account" upon registration.
Can I have my order delivered to a DHL Packstation?
On the address page during the purchase process, you have the option of selecting a DHL Packstation as an alternative delivery address.
I have an urgent order. Is express delivery possible?
You can choose directly in your shopping cart whether you want your order shipped via standard shipping or express shipping (currently unavailable). If you're in a hurry, your package can arrive the next day.
Please note that it is very important to us to send you the items you order as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I get my return slip?
Each of our orders includes a return label and return slip. If you've lost your return label, please contact us by email at kontakt@mybudapester.com . We'll be happy to send you a return slip.
Will I receive notification as soon as the returned item arrives?
As soon as the goods you sent have arrived and been recorded, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us via email. You can also track your package using the tracking number. You can find more information about returns here .
Can I exchange an item?
You can return your item free of charge within 14 days. The condition is that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. The tags must remain in place for an exchange. Exchanges are unfortunately not possible for logistical reasons. Please place a new order for a different size, color, or model.
I received a damaged item - can I exchange it?
Yes, but the item must be unworn and unwashed. Please contact our customer service for details.
RETURN
How do I return an item?
Each of our orders (within Germany) includes a return label. The fee is already paid for this, allowing you to return the item free of charge. Simply affix the return label to your package and drop it off at a local post office.
If you don't have a return label, please contact our customer service . Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us via email.
NEWSLETTER
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you have decided that you no longer wish to receive the MyBudapester newsletter, you can unsubscribe from the MyBudapester newsletter under "My Account" if you have a customer account for the MyBudapester online shop.
Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from the MyBudapester newsletter using the "unsubscribe link" in the footer of each newsletter.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
We've integrated a newsletter subscription field at the bottom of the MyBudapester online shop. If you already have a customer account with the MyBudapester online shop, you can subscribe to the newsletter under "My Account."
PAYMENT METHODS
Which payment methods are available in the online shop?
You can choose from various payment methods in the MyBudapester online shop. We currently offer the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Visa or Mastercard, and American Express.

What is the CVV/CVC card security number?
For VISA and MasterCard, the card security number consists of the last three digits in the signature strip on the back of your credit card, unless otherwise stated. For American Express, it is the separate four-digit number printed on the front of the card.
How do I use a credit card?
When placing your order, simply enter your 16-digit valid card number, the card security code, the expiration date, and your name in the designated fields. On VISA and MasterCard, the CVV (also known as the CVV/CVC) corresponds to the last three digits in the signature field on the back of the card, unless otherwise stated. On American Express cards, the 4-digit CVV is located on the front, to the right above the embossed card number. Your data is protected by secure SSL encryption and processed immediately. (Please note: A different delivery address is not permitted when paying by credit card.)
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged for the transaction after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability, and prepared your order for shipment. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you place your order.
VOUCHER / VOUCHER CODE / DISCOUNT CODE
How can I redeem a voucher code / discount code?
MyBudapester vouchers and discount codes are rare and very exclusive. If you have one, you can redeem it directly at checkout. After entering the voucher code, the corresponding amount will be displayed, depending on the type of promotion, and either deducted from your total purchase or the bonus product will be added to your shopping cart. Of course, you can remove the voucher/discount code at any time before submitting your order to use it for another purchase.
How long is my voucher valid?
The validity depends on the respective promotional period.
Cash payment is excluded and the voucher cannot be redeemed retroactively.
Can I pass on a voucher?
The sale or transfer to third parties is not permitted.
Can I combine a voucher with other vouchers or promotions?
A combination with other voucher codes and/or discount promotions is not permitted.
How often can I use a voucher?
As a rule, each voucher code can only be used once per customer – only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
What can I do if I have lost my voucher or it has been stolen?
In case of loss or theft, please contact our customer service: kontakt@mybudapester.com .
Why is my voucher not recognized?
In this case, please note the conditions stated on the voucher.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your internet browser. Cookies are used to make an online presence more user-friendly and effective. For example, they are necessary for the shopping cart function for technical reasons.
Is my data encrypted in the MyBudapester online shop?
We are very aware of our responsibility regarding the storage and collection of customer data and, of course, treat the trust you have placed in us with the utmost care. The entire MyBudapester online shop is encrypted using SSL, which ensures a high level of security. You will see HTTPS displayed in the address bar of your browser instead of HTTP. When paying by credit card, the security of your data is further increased through the use of MasterCard and VisaCard Verified Secure Codes.
Which browsers does the MyBudapester online shop support?
The MyBudapester online store is compatible with at least the last two versions of the following browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.
Can I prevent cookies from being set?
Browsers usually offer the option to deactivate the setting of cookies or to be notified when a cookie is set.
Are there any other system requirements?
For certain pages or multimedia content you also need JavaScript.
OTHER QUESTIONS
The shoe I want to order is no longer available in my size. Will they ever be reordered?
If you don't see a shoe in your size, it's no longer available. In most cases, we won't reorder it.
My desired item was still online yesterday, but unfortunately, it's no longer available today. Is it already sold out?
Unfortunately, yes. Depending on the product, we sometimes only have limited quantities in stock. If your desired item is on sale, it may sell out quickly. All items displayed online are in stock and available.
Do you regularly receive restocks of sold-out products?
Please feel free to contact us if you would like to know whether a particular product is still available. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will always be informed immediately about all new arrivals.
