Delivery information
We ship within Germany with DHL and DHL Express (currently unavailable). Insurance against theft and accidental damage is included with all deliveries sent by MyBudapester. This insurance coverage expires after you have accepted the delivery and confirmed it in writing.
All orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours, so the goods will be ready for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment. Orders stored in our external warehouse may vary from the standard delivery times. In this case, processing may take up to five business days. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €300. For orders under €300, a shipping fee of €5.95 applies. For all other EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €500. For orders under €500, a shipping fee of €10 applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the case of returns. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs are only charged once. Delivery to PO boxes is unfortunately not possible at this time.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive your DHL tracking number via email. After approximately one to two hours, you can track the shipment status using the link included in the email.

Packstation
We deliver within Germany to a Packstation of your choice. Please note the DHL General Terms and Conditions for this. Particularly bulky packages may need to be picked up at a Deutsche Post branch or a DHL Express station (currently unavailable).
