Exchange / Return within the European Union
You can return your goods free of charge within 14 days after delivery.
Please send us an email with the subject "Return Label" and your order number to contact@mybudapester.com. We are happy to process your request from Monday to Friday within 24 hours.
The condition is that the goods are in an unworn, unwashed and perfect condition. We kindly ask you to initiate a new order for an exchange to a different size, item, or color variant, and to return your previous order separately.
The return will be processed with DHL. We reserve the right to reject multiple returns from the same order that occur at different times.

Returns for a Raffle
You can return your merchandise free of charge within 14 days of delivery. The condition is that the goods are in an unworn, unwashed, and impeccable condition. We kindly ask you to initiate a new order for an exchange to a different size, item, or color variant, and to return your previous order separately.
The return will be processed with DHL. We reserve the right to reject multiple returns from the same order that are made at different times.

Return of Accessories
Earrings are excluded from the return policy for hygienic reasons. A return or exchange is therefore not possible.
Returns
All purchased items (with the exception of pre-orders and earrings) can be returned to MyBudapester within 14 days of delivery. (Except for any payment deadlines of third-party providers, which are not related to the return period of Mybudapester.) The condition is that the goods are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Incurred delivery costs will not be refunded. Shoes and accessories that have been altered or modified from their original condition are excluded from returns. This includes, for example, belts whose fit has been adjusted afterwards.
For the revocation, you have the following options:
- Revocation declaration in writing: You can revoke your purchase within 10 days after receiving the goods in writing by email, fax and mail. Please send back the goods within 5 days after the revocation declaration.
- Revocation declaration by return: You can return your goods within 14 days after delivery.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- the goods are unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, labels have not been removed
- a shipping box must be used for the return, the shoe box cannot be used as a return box, as it is part of the ordered goods
- each order must be returned separately, multiple shipments cannot be returned together
- in case of returning multiple items, the return will be made in one shipment
- the return is made with DHL (unless otherwise specified by us)
- the return can only be accepted from the respective delivery country
Returns from pre-orders
Please note that items marked as "pre-order" are excluded from exchange. This concerns custom-made products, where the purchase is binding and they are excluded from the exchange and return policy.
Refund
Once your return has been received by us, the invoice amount will be cancelled/refunded within 3-5 business days. 500€ (außerhalb Deutschlands) For returns with an order value below 300€ (within Germany), or 500€ (outside Germany) If the total amount is below 500€ (within the EU), we will charge a flat rate that corresponds to the shipping costs incurred for the order, which will not be refunded. die Kontonummer des Empfänger If the specified recipient of the goods does not match the buyer of the goods, the refund will always be made to the account or account number of the recipient. Text: The buyer's card. The repayment will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Please note that any losses due to currency fluctuations cannot be refunded.
