Delivery information
We ship within Germany with DHL and DHL Express (currently not available). Insurance against theft and accident damage is included in all deliveries sent by MyBudapester. The insurance coverage expires after you have accepted the delivery and confirmed it in writing.
All orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours, so the goods will be ready for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment. Goods stored in our external warehouse may deviate from the general delivery times. In this case, processing may take up to 5 business days. Our business hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (excluding legal holidays).
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 300€. For orders under 300€, a shipping fee of 5.95€ will be charged. For all other EU countries, shipping is free for orders over 500€. For orders under 500€, a shipping fee of 10€ will be charged. The shipping costs will not be refunded, even in case of return. In case of a partial shipment, the shipping costs will only be charged once. Delivery to post boxes is currently not possible. Tracking information After the shipment of the goods, you will receive your DHL tracking number via email. 1 You can track the status of your shipment for one to two hours using the link provided in the email.

Packstation
We deliver to a Packstation of your choice within Germany. Please refer to the general terms and conditions of DHL for this. Especially bulky packages may need to be The package can be picked up at a German Post office or a DHL Express station (currently not available).
