Shipment
All orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours, so the goods are ready for dispatch no later than one business day after receipt of payment. Goods held in our external warehouse may vary from the standard delivery times. In this case, processing may take up to five business days. Our business hours are Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
returns
All purchased items (except pre-orders and earrings) can be returned to MyBudapester within 14 days of delivery. (This excludes any third-party payment deadlines, which are not related to Mybudapester's return policy.) The condition is that the item is returned in the same condition in which you received it. Any delivery costs incurred are non-refundable. Shoes and accessories that have been subsequently altered and/or modified from their original condition are not eligible for return. This includes, for example, belts whose fit has been subsequently adjusted.
